33 Hotel Suites – €5.3M Bulk acquisition of the apartments within the main hotel building (22 Junior and 11 Senior suites), fully integrated into the hotel’s daily operations and managed by the resort operator.

15 Available Villas – €3.53M Acquisition of the remaining villas (14 Comfort Lodges and 1 Luxury Villa), offering flexible ownership with optional personal use and integration into the resort’s managed rental program.
